The kitchen, fully renovated in December 2024, lets you cook just like at home; the enclosed 150 m² garden, in complete peace, awaits your reading and your lunches outside. Perfect for two, with four beds when children and grandchildren come to join you.

Well-behaved dog accepted by prior agreement. Please vacuum thoroughly before leaving.
Fair pricing, no commission
Weekly rates, direct booking. 30% deposit on booking, payable within 8 days of the contract being sent. Balance on arrival, together with the tourist tax (according to the rate in force in the community of communes). Through CléVacances we offer cancellation insurance at a very reasonable price, proportional to the rent. Cancellation: - cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: * the deposit will be retained by the owner. - The tenant will also pay part or all of the balance depending on the cancellation date, according to the following scale: * 30 to 16 days before the start of the rental, the tenant shall pay 50% of the rent * 15 to 7 days before the start of the rental, the tenant shall pay 75% of the rent * less than 7 days before the start of the rental, the tenant shall pay 100% of the rent.
