Janine Troadec has been welcoming guests directly for over two decades. No agency, no commission, no algorithm, just a meeting, a key, and a view of the Channel.
Direct-from-owner rentals, for real.
We rent directly, with no platform. When you write to Janine, it is Janine who replies, often within the hour, always the same day. No algorithm, no commission, no hidden fees: the quote you receive is the price you pay.
When you arrive, Janine can stop by her son Guillaume's organic farm on Friday evening and drop a basket of the day's vegetables in your kitchen. She will point you to the village Vival mini-market (advance ordering available), the organic bakery, the pharmacy, the doctors, and the seafront crêperies.
Our three rentals are awarded 3 Clés Clévacances and rated 3-star Meublé de Tourisme. We accept ANCV Chèques-Vacances (paper and e-Connect), bank transfer, Wero, cash, cheque, and online payment via Clévacances. The choice is yours.

Arriving in Trestel
Janine and Pol Troadec settle in Trévou-Tréguignec. The family puts down roots by the beach that would become the backdrop of all their holidays.

The first rental
Janine opens her first holiday rentals. No agency, no middleman: she welcomes guests herself, takes the time, and shares her favourite addresses.
- 2020-2021
La P'tite Maison is reborn
Complete renovation of a small Breton house, workshop-loft style: glass roof, south-west facing bay window, brand-new bedding, walk-in shower. A third address joins the family.
- December 2024
A brand-new kitchen at Les Mouettes
Kitchen fully renovated: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, steamer. Designed for long family stays.
- March 2025
Les Mouettes goes solar
Two solar panels fitted on the house, already externally insulated and clad in Douglas fir. One more step towards a more sustainable rental, with no compromise on comfort.

Still direct
Three rentals, an extended family (Pol, Guillaume, Jean, Charles-Antoine, Aurélie, Héloïse, Sarah and four grandchildren) and an intact promise: no Booking, no Airbnb. You write to Janine, Janine answers.
